Terms and conditions
Tourist Tax:
- adults is 2€ per person per day.
- children aged 7 to 18 years is 1€ per person per night.
- children aged 0 to 7 years is free.
You pay the tourist tax on the day of arrival or departure.
Payment terms:
- We accept cash payments in €.
- We accept Visa, MasterCard for payments upon arrival.
- You can also pay via bank transfer to our bank account.
Reservation policy:
- Your reservation is approved upon payment of 2% of the reservation amount.
- You pay the remaining amount of the reservation up to 7 days before arrival (we will send you an estimate on your e-mail).
- In case of non-payment, your reservation will be released.
Refund policy:
Not refund:
- 2% of the amount upon reservation.
- If you cancel the reservation less than 7 days before arrival or no show.
Additional terms and conditions:
- You are responsible for good upkeep of the apartment during your visit.
- If you damage or break anything, please let us know immediately so we can replace it for the next guest.
- Clients are responsible for any major damage incurred to the apartment and will be charged for any repairs.
- If the police have to come and address any complaints of the neighbours you will be asked to leave the apartment and be eligible for no refund.
